Get paid
Customers pay through Avail at checkout — we hold the funds until the booking completes, then release them to your local bank account. During the launch period, you keep 100%.
What happens after the launch period?
Once the waiver period ends — first 100 providers or 6 months, whichever comes first — Avail keeps a 10% commission on completed bookings. Everything else stays the same: customers still pay through Avail, we still hold the funds, your bank account still gets the rest.
We'll email every provider at least 30 days before anything changes, so nothing arrives as a surprise. Until then, your provider dashboard shows a "shadow commission" line — what the fee would have been if the new model were live. It's informational only and clearly labeled as waived.
